2024 JCI Australia National Convention

This year’s theme – B.U.I.L.D.: Be Bold, Unite, Inspire, Lead, Develop – will challenge you to reflect on your own leadership path and the actions you can take to become a real changemaker, no matter if at home, at your studies, at work, or he society in general. 

B.U.I.L.D. will host amazing keynote, guest speakers, and panellists who will encourage you to:

• Be Bold: becoming an active voice and making a difference requires risk-taking and ambitious goals. What sort of risks are you taking in order to become your best self and achieve your goals?
• Unite: “Alone we can do so little. Together we can do so much” (Helen Keller). What actions have you been taking to attract and unite others?
• Inspire: Inspiration leads to motivation and action. How are you inspiring others?
• Lead: no positive outcome can be obtained if no action is taken. What has your decision-making and leadership style been like?
• Develop: life is a constant learning process. Are you taking opportunities and allowing yourself to learn and develop?
